Bought this for an upcoming end of August Antelope Hunt in NM with my husband. Ordered the Cipher Pattern. LOVE IT!!!! I normally wear a small, but ordered up to the Med. thinking I would layer in the cool mornings and shed when the temps reach 85 - 90.
I'll defiantly be able to put a tank top or Tee under it, but not much more than that. Runs a bit on the smaller side, so I'm glad I went up to the next size. That being said, I love this top and it will be perfect for what I'm using it for.
Thanks First Lite, for making great quality/great looking woman's Hunting Clothing.
I realized I wrote the wrong size on my last review and couldn’t find it to edit it. I am 5’5” and approx 128lbs and I wear a size Medium. Perfect fit even after washer and dryer. Have worn this to death for just shy of a tear. No holes yet. Worn in summer (sweat dries super fast), and in winter-like weather as a base layer. recently wore non-stop on a 10 day northern BC hunt (wore hiking and sleeping) and it barely had any armpit odour at the end. No itch at all, perfect base layer.
Had this shirt just under a year and have worn it for every hike/hunt/fishing trip during that year. Have worn it with zip open and sleeves rolled up in the summer (sweat dries quickly), and as a base in the fall/winter weather. Recently wore it on a 10 day northern BC hunt, hiking and in the sleeping bag. Barely stunk at the end, no holes yet. No itch, dries fast, still fits well in spite of washing in warm water and throwing in the dryer. Love it so far! 5’5”, 128lbs. Size small fits perfect. People with long torsos may find it a tad short in the front.
Perfect for those early or late season archery hunts. Easy to layer under or over. I paired this daily with a wick tank or wick short sleeve tee. Super soft and comfortable. The material does what it says, it wicks the moisture away and keeps you comfortable and dry. Without odor. It pays to have the right gear and this is one piece I wouldn’t be without.
This a perfect long sleeve option for either as a base layer or as warm weather shirt for early season hunting. When I want to be camoed up but don’t want to die of heat, I pick this shirt!
First off, I wanted to say how impressed I am with the quick shipping to Canada, even with a long weekend. Less than a week!
Wore this last night for archery elk in Alberta, it was a hot evening and this made it bearable. Very happy with this top, worth the money! I'm glad I sized up and went with a Medium, the pants and jacket I have are Smalls but I didnt want this to be skin tight, it still isnt loose, but just comfortable.
Tagged along with my husband on a scouting trip to break in my 1/4 zip wicking top. Packed in 10 miles on an 80+ degree day had me sweating. Very happy for the 1/4 zip to let out steam and the ventilation on the sides was nice when the breeze came. The wicking capabilities surprised me, thankful for that too! Let it air overnight to put back on the next day, gave it a sniff test and was honestly surprised it didn’t stink! It was the only layer I wore in and out and was really comfortable. Very happy with this purchase, I would recommend this product!
Just got Thai in the mail and it seems like the perfect thing to wear early season when it is still a little toasty out. Fits a littler tighter then I would have hoped but other then that the length is perfect.
I absolutely love this top! I wore it five days hunting in eastern Oregon and it held up good. I'm 5'9" 143 lbs leaner athletic build. Small fits perfect! Love the deep zippered front, thumb holes and long sleeves which is hard to find sometimes. Might buy another one.
Great for a variety of activities, on it's own or layer up, its a must have. Great for fishing as the dry time was truly impressive, great for early season warm hunts and with lots of hiking the zipper was a welcomed option. Multiple days in the backcountry with it on day and night and no odour. This is one of my favourite articles of clothing for all my outdoor activities.
