Worn alone on cool mornings in the early season or as an insulating layer as temps drop, our new Origin Pant is a transitional solution for the dedicated whitetailer. This pant can be used independently or paired with a baselayer underneath or a warmer layer on top. Pair with our best-selling Origin Hoody for a complete kit.

This pant features an integrated belt, a full suite of pockets, and a zippered fly but also has a tapered fit and deployable heel stirrups that make layering it under warmer pants or bibs a cinch. A durable water-repelling treatment, HeiQ odor-resisting technology, and a silent exterior round out this versatile piece of your whitetail kit.

I've used the origin pants for MANY applications already. I've used them with the furnace long john underneath and walked to the stand on frigid snowy mornings, then put on bibs prior to climbing for an all day sit. I've also used them for spring turkey on their own and can tell you they are super comfortable and quiet. They are my go to camping pant when the temperatures dip down. At night I go right into the sleeping bag with them because they just feel like durable pajama pants. Some others have left a review critical of the zipper, but I couldn't disagree more. I put the items I need to carry (wallet, car keys, etc.) in those pockets and love the peace of mind that comes with knowing they aren't going to get dropped in the woods. There are other reviews questioning the durability of these through briars are prickers. Here I have to agree. A careless traipse into thorns could easily tear them to shreds given how lightweight the material is. Since this hasn't happened to me yet, I can't take away any stars. The origin pant is a Swiss army knife and I SERIOUSLY love the many applications. It is telling in the age of the internet that right now (July 2025) there hasn't been a single person with an axe to grind giving it a 1 star review.

Early to Mid-Season Whitetail Pants

Bought the Origin pants along with the Origin hoodie as part of my early/mid-season Midwest whitetail system. Pants are extremely comfortable and warmer than I expected. It's like wearing jogging pants, movement is comfortable and extremely quiet. Throw on a base layer and later season bibs and they'll become your go to pants. I really like the cuff system, tuck them in or cuff them over your boots and they do a great job keeping the cold out. If you're blazing trails in briar patches/heavy brush you may want something with a tougher outer layer.

Like These Pants, Would Love Them If Shorter

They're my everyday, around the house, pant. Super comfortable. Just too long, I'm 5'9"" not short and have to roll the waist band down to fit.

To big

I normally wear a 38x30 and bought a size XL and they were way too long. Pant was very comfortable and warm though.
