The fit is as close to perfect as you can get. Now this is my first purchase with first lite and while the shirt is just a bit itchy as expected with wool, it was actually very comfortable in 87 degree weather. I honestly thought the shirt was going to be completely soaked after a couple hours walking around, but it was almost completely dry. I can't wait until the season gets here. The quality appears to be the high quality one would expect to get from a company with reputation that first lite has.
The absolute best merino I've owned. I own many other top brands and this product is by far is the most comfortable. I'm a big guys so moisture control and weight play a big role for me. Highly recommend this product.
I rowed the Grand Canyon wearing a kiln crew under my dry suit in January. Think 18 days of huge temperature changes. I’m a sweaty dude and I was sealed in a nylon suit. This top did an incredible job of keeping me dry. Now I’m quarantined in my house due to this coronavirus stuff and it’s cold today so I chucked it on under my flannel shirt. There is no residual odor. I had to throw away some of my other layers. I’m impressed.
Absolutely the best base layer. Fit is perfect and cant ask for better quality of this product. Wear this under the furnace quarter zip and I am ready for anything. Being 6'2" and 230 an athletic build with long arms the xl fits perfect.love the thumb holes with the shirt nothing bunches up when you add another layer.
I was skeptical at first about these, they feel so lite and thin. I tested them out in mid to low 20’s and I was pulling off layers, was down to just these and light jacket. It breathes very well. The fit is good. I got the large sleeve length is perfect, body a little baggy but fine if I layer underneath. I usually wouldn’t spend this much on clothing but heard good things and decided to get myself a Christmas present. Worth it! Can’t wait to use out hunting in the stand
