Lightweight, pack able, and punches above it’s weight class in warmth...... I had a base layer on when temps dipped to 20 degrees and i was warm all night.... I really like the head portion more than I thought. Previously not a fan of mummy bags and a little wider than your average bear but this fit perfect. Well done Nemo and FL.
spent the night is 25 degree weather at 10,000 ft with no issues. super light and easy to pack away, Fits a 6ft person well, very snug around the head area to keep the heat in.
I used this in Alaska on some chilly nights and on a mountain top in 20 degree weather where my water froze solid. I am amazed how warm I stayed in this thing. I stuck a fillow in the head area and closed up and woke up perfect in the morning. I think in my use this is the perfect temp bag to use for almost any situation.
I won this bag during BHA Hike to Hunt and took it to SW Colorado for muzzleloader elk season. During the week of camping the average low was around the mid 40’s with the occasional dip into the high 30’s. I was warm all week and most night put the vents to use. The bag worked great for side sleeping too. The bag also stuffs down to manageable size for backpacking. I can’t wait to spend some more time in this bag.
This is a great lightweight sleeping bag. I used it on a September elk hunt near Telluride Colorado. I stayed plenty warm and the bag felt like nothing in my pack. The only downside to the bag for me is the size. I am an avid weightlifter so the bag was a little tight in the shoulder area. I tested out some Nemo bags at REI prior to making the purchase, and they were a lot roomier. The difference is those were more of a spoon shape and this a mummy. I am 5’10 220 lbs, so it was a little tight in the shoulders. Mummy bags are made this way I understand, but if you are someone who is a little larger and doesn’t like the bag fitting snug, I would not recommend this bag. The vents are great as well.
