My family and I are on an 8 week road trip and I brought two pair of these shorts with me. However, on my first week into the trip I had a button fail and fall apart on me. This shouldn’t happen when paying top dollar for a high end quality garment. Other wise these are amazing shorts. Fingers crossed that the other ones don’t fail me.
Although I have only had a handful of opportunities to wear them, these are nice shorts. The material is comfortable and seems durable. I would describe the fit as "relaxed" and flexible. I am a 32/33" waist, and the small size would be much too tight, where the large size would be much too loose; so, the medium size is best for me. I would purchase these shorts again, and I certainly would recommend them to others.
These are my go-to shorts when out on our Texas Hill Country ranch or hiking somewhere. Super durable, plenty of flex for freedom of movement and they dry quickly. They hold up just fine to the mesquite thorns and prickly pear cactus. I do wish the side zippered pocket was a little bigger. Hope to snag another solid color pair soon.
Love these shorts, only problem I have, we need more colors"Hint" [Black and Specter would be nice] I am 6'2" @ 210lbs, with a 38" waist. I wear these everywhere, including early season hunts, the only place I haven't worn these shorts is Church, and only because I got the stink eye. Man has got to know his limit !!!
Nothing bad to say about these shorts other than I wish they would bring the ASAT pattern back. Fits as expected. Very comfortable to hunt in. It holds up fairly well to the thorny bushes we have here. Have hunted with these shorts on multiple trips without sign of breakdown from getting caught in the thorns. Great pair of shorts.
These have become my go to short for all purposes. They fit great, breath, don't stick when your hot, and dry super quick. I've worn them on the rivers kayaking, summer scouting in 100+ temps, and can be worn as "nice shorts" when going out also.
Sturdy and comfortable shorts
Love them for comfort but price on First Lite products is ridiculous! Save your money and order one product a year.
