How to Send Your Stock and/or Foregrips
Congratulations on choosing to dip your rifle or shotgun! We have partnered with Hydro-Dip, LLC one of the best in the industry so prepare a special place in your safe for the best-looking firearms in your arsenal. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU FOLLOW THESE PREPARATION STEPS CAREFULLY. Failure to do so will result in further charges from Hydro-Dip so please read instructions thoroughly and take your time preparing your rifle or shotgun parts. We highly recommend taking your project to a trained professional if you are not comfortable with disassembling and reassembling the items yourself.
STEP 1: REMOVE EVERYTHING FROM THE STOCKS AND/OR FOREGRIPS. Do not ship any accessories attached to the stock or foregrip, including but not limited to slings, sling attachments, bottom metal and trigger guard, bipods, bipod mounts, recoil reduction pads unless glued on, accessory mounts or otherwise. Any further preparation necessary for dipping will result in increased charges on behalf of Hydro-Dip.
STEP 2: Download the PDF order from the button below, complete it and include it in the box with your items. Be sure to write down the return shipping address on the form before sealing the box. We recommend padding your parts to avoid chips or dings and cannot be held accountable for damage during transit.
STEP 3: Print the shipping label provided via email after purchase and tape it thoroughly to the outside of the box. We recommend using a clear packaging tape and to mask the entire label to prevent it from being damaged in transit. Include your printed receipt from firstlite.com (emailed after purchase) with your shipment.
STEP 4: Once your parts arrive Hydro-Dip will contact you with status updates or questions. Turnaround time depends on both preparation, volume and hunting seasons but generally, stocks are completed within two weeks (shipping time not included).
STEP 5: Upon receiving your decorated parts back from Hydro Dip, have a qualified professional reassemble your parts if you are not comfortable doing so yourself. Please note First Lite nor Hydro-Dip will be responsible for damages caused during reassembly. Snap a picture of your firearm and show everyone you know how beautiful it is. Finally, go forth and harvest. Feel free to tag those posts with #firstlite and #hydrodip...we might just feature your items.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not call First Lite for status updates or questions about your project. We do not have access to Hydro-Dip’s system and will likely be unable to answer your questions. You can reach Hydro-Dip directly by emailing email@example.com.
