Great outer layer for bow season in Virginia. I prefer to wear it instead of my wick as the outer layer because of the grid fleece. You don’t have to worry about it getting snagged by anything. It’s not too warm making it perfect for those 50-70 degree days. Haven’t had the chance to use as a mid layer yet.
I needed a medium layer to go over bids to provide concealment and some warmth.. this hoody works great for that
This is the ultimate cold morning whitetail hunting piece, super quiet and warm! Great for those late October mornings!
Sleeves a bit long. Love the hood tho.
Great product. Bought to add another layer that wasn't merino to cut the wind. Didn't want to go full blown jacket. Worth every penny.
I wear it 24/7
Great fit and great product
The Klamath base layer is always in my pack for a mid-weight base layer. I also have the Kiln base layer as well and I swap them for each whitetail hunt. Despite its fleece component, I find it quite odor resistant and can use it daily without a proper wash. The cut and fit is so great, I purchased a solid color to wear around town.
Got the Xl because that’s what I normally where. Just a tad large, but will help when adding a base layer or two if needed.
Extremely comfortable hoodie. Never felt like I was overheating while i was wearing it nor did i get cold. Was on an elk hunt wearing this when we got drenched from rain. I never got cold and it dried off relatively quickly.
