Perfect

Not being able to try on the clothes I was concerned about ordering them online to realize I ordered the wrong size. But I used their size chart and I ordered the perfect fit. I only had 3 layers for my late archery elk hunt in colorado. I wore this shirt for 10 days straight and got on a ton of elk. Temps as low as 20 and as high as 80. Shirt still didnt smell after I got home. Wear it here in Texas as a base layer as well.

Fit Comments: I am tall and thin and normally wear a large in FL gear, but I like my baselayers snug to my body and the mediums worked out well.

Fantastic Foundation

The Wick LS Crew is the foundation of my layering system. The light weight of the wool, with breathable panels and thumb holes combine for a tremendous baselayer. I used two sets of the Crew and Long Briefs on a 7-day Idaho elk hunt. The Wick kept off the stink for several bivy nights and dried well under a puffy while glassing or eating in the evenings. The top was durable under my pack and tens of miles of mountain hunting, with the exception of some pilling underneath my bino harness. When things get cold in the whitetail woods, I just throw on a long baselayer bottom and keep my normal layering system up top of a fleece, puffy and shell.

Fit Comments: It fits a little baggy overall in the torso and the neck is too loose for colder weather/windy conditions in my opinion

Keeps me comfortable

This shirt is made for hunting and not for looking pretty. The sleeves are plenty long so when you use the thumb hole it doesn't tug on your thumb unlike some other camo layers that I have. The length is great so you can tuck it in and not have plumbers butt showing when you are moving around, bending, climbing up in your stand, etc. Overall I gave this a 4 star, my one complaint is the neck is loose. This does save on me wearing it all winter long as I wear a 1/4 zip from smart*#@l that has a mock neck so it is tight around the neck where you can lose a lot of body heat instead of this. I've worn this as my base layer from 60F to 10F hunting archery, squirrels, gun and muzzleloader seasons.

The bit large under fit is the torso material is pretty loose compared to the arms and shoulders.

My go to piece

I use this piece of gear for everything. Warm weather, cold weather and everything in between. If it's not my next to skin piece, there is only one layer between me and it. Fit is perfect.

Great light weight shirt

I wore this last year for a Pronghorn hunt in Wyoming. The Wick LS and the Corrugate Guide Jacket was all I needed. I've used it for my base layer in the mid-west for deer hunting. I couldn't be happier!
