3.5-Layer Waterproof Construction
Brambler Gaiter Details
Sizing boot gaiters can be a bit tricky.
Generally, if you wear full boots (Kenetreks, Danners, Lowas) and/or have large calves (size 10 and bigger) you will likely want to go with the LG.
If you have smaller feet or calves (size 9 and smaller) or wear a lighter boot or trail shoe (Solomon, La Sportiva) you will want to go with the SM.

These are nice gaiters. They work like a gaiter should. I have big calves and can get about half the velcro to attach over my carharts. Firstlite needs a true XL size in these instead of the L/XL as advertised. Or at least give measurements so you know what yer getting into.
These are perfect! I live and work in northern Colorado where the snow is very deep. I wear these almost every day and am always impressed with their quality. Every adjustment point is easy to do when it's cold and it logically set up so that the excess straps don't flap around. Couldn't give these a better revoew....
I’ve had these for a few weeks now. Been durable so far. I have been using them for trapping mostly, used them a little for tail end Wisconsin deer seasons. They are easy to adjust and get on. I gave it a 4 because of sizing. I am 6’7” and weigh 230lbs. I wear a 13 boot, so I’m in between sizes. I got the large, but wish I’d gotten the xl. It fits most of my boots with adjustment, but are pretty tight at the ankles in my elk trackers. I’ll probably get another pair in an xl just for those boots. Overall I’d highly recommend these gaiters.
I am a 5'3" female wearing a Women's size 7 shoe. Although I found the quality of the material including the strap on the bottom to be very durable, unfortunately there are only two sizes and the smaller one I still found to be too large for it to work as intended. Ideally, the top part of the gaiter should fit snugly around the calf, preventing any snow from getting in the top. It seems as though the top cinches above my calf rather than around it. Although I have not had issues with the gaiter falling down much because of the structural integrity, I struggle with it in deep snow because the there is still spacing at the top allowing some snow to creep in, despite me pulling that strap as tight as it goes. It seems as though it is too tall, as the top of the gaiter cinches above my calf rather than around it, which is a thinner area. If it was a little shorter, I might be able to cinch it properly. Otherwise, I love First Lite products. I hope there are some mods to this in the future because it seems to have a lot of potential.
Bought these to replace some cheap broken ones. These seem like they will hold up for a long time. The quality seems great, for my tripe of hunting these have become a must have.
