I love the shirt.. I was nervous to order a Medium because I usually land somewhere between a Med or Lg... But I ordered the Aerowool Tech Tee first and the Medium was perfect. I ordered this in Medium and it fit great. It hangs just loose enough and fits me fine.
The only bummer I've encountered was I wore this on my first hike in Colorado this weekend and it got a few new snags in the shirt... Its my first time using Merino Wool T-Shirts as an outer layer in the summer heat, so I think its just one of the few downfalls of the material. But the pros outweigh the cons for me... it was soaked in sweat by the end of my hike, hung it up to dry and no odor at all.
This is the first Marino shirt I’ve ever owned. I love the fit and feel of it. Used it with my backpack and Bino harness on a hot day and sweat a lot. I loved how well it wicked and dried out. Used it again the next day. It was still comfortable and didn’t stink. Now that’s quality!
These are a great shirt, not only for hunting but even doing chores around the house. I have 1 in just about every color and will be buying more. Comfortable, lightweight and just a great fit overall. Couldn't be happier.
Whether you are in the coldest day of the year sitting in a tree or hiking a trout stream, this is my go to for it all. Can't go wrong with these
From what I’ve read about how awesome merino wool is, I had to try it out in the gym. This stuff is everything it’s advertised to be. The shirt itself fits great and it does an awesome job of pulling sweat away from your body and keeping you cooler. I’ve noticed a significant difference from any other athletic shirt I’ve used especially during cardio. Definitely going to buy more.
Great shirt. Use it for all my hunts. It’s my first in the layering system!! Doesn’t smell after multiple uses.
I wear the earth brown color and it is a perfect match for the brown color required for Air Force OCP brown undershirts. These are the best undershirt I have ever tried. I’m 6’3” 200lbs and the large is terrific. A little length to let me tuck it in. Of course there is the orange silk screening on the front and back, but it came off after a few washes anyhow.
Not much to say about the shirt except it really doesn't smell after a few days of use, I love it for the gym two days in a row. Extremely comfortable and breathable too. Id say they run small if youre trying for an athletic fit. Im usually a medium in tee-shirts but all First Lite layers I seem to be a small in. This shirt is no exception. Small gives me a perfect athletic fit.
I normally wear some type of UPF shirt in the summer or under my other layers in the winter but decided to try one of these instead and it’s awesome! The merino is super soft and has much better heat retention when you start to sweat a little
These are some of the best shirts Ive ever worn. I have them in 4 colors and they are amazing. They also lock your scent in on long sweaty hunting trip. If i could afford to throw all my shirts away and just wear these everyday I would.
