Good fit, but that's about it

Only have wore these for a few sits of my 2019 whitetail season and already the black finger stitching is coming unravelled from several fingers. On top of that they developed a large hole in the index finger. They are thinner than the original talus gloves and apparently not as durable and also not constructed as well. My expectation for touch capability was also pretty low but touch barely works (forget tapping, if you're lucky your smartphone might register a swipe) if it works at all. The fit however is great for a guy with larger hands. They are also thin enough to work with an archery release and get in and out of pockets easily enough. Good idea, poor execution.

About what I expected..

I’ve had texting gloves before and only works about 10% of the time and same with these,I got a md. So they would be tighter maybe work a little better but at least you can punch your home button open up the screen and if you get the screen open you can work at getting a text off or get a app open but after fooling with it for a few mins might as well take the glove off,now I don’t like wearing thick gloves unless it’s just down right cold so fingerless gloves and then over the top I’m good with most of the time, and again it’s my view I could be doing it wrong but as I said they work a little bit,now I am using a screen saver which is glass always have and that might have something to do with it,when I replace this one I’ll see how they work.

SUPER WARM but....

very warm, great stand alone glove when active or as a liner under my mitts. The touch feature doesn't always work. But that's fine, I should probably be focusing more on hunting and less on my phone. I would highly recommend!

Functional and Warm

It took long enough for the cooler weather to get to the South but when it did I broke these out for a morning bow hunt and they performed equally as their Father, the Talus Fingerless. I was curious to see how the thumb and index finger would work on the cellular device and they performed quite well. I had no issues checking the weather and responding to angry text from the wife. During my track I encountered several briars and came away with no snags so the durability seems to be there as well. I wear a medium and they fit snug with some minimal wiggle room which is perfect for a merino based product. Just an overall great addition to the product line and I know I will get a great deal of use out them.

Poor sizing and material is thinner than expected

Based on FL sizing chart I'm between glove size M and L. I wear XL in the fingerless glove so I also purchased these in XL. I was expecting the same fit and material as the fingerless glove. The fit on these is at least a size smaller than the fingerless (too tight to wear) and the material is quite a bit thinner with a hole between fingers straight out of the package. The fingers however are plenty long so if you have slender hands with long fingers these may work for you.
