Primary Use: Waterfowl and other low-exertion activities in freezing weather.
Great glove, runs ONE WHOLE SIZE SMALL if you follow the sizing chart

I am really close to being a true size M according to the sizing chart on this website. In fact, the circumference of my hand is actually closer to size S and than L, but the length is a slam-dunk size M, I read one of the reviews that the gloves ran very small so I decided to take a risk and go with size L. Thank you, whoever wrote that. The gloves arrived and the size L was a PERFECT fit with no glove liners on. I wouldn't want them a fraction smaller in any way. If you're usually between M and L in gloves, do yourself a favor and go with the L.

Now for the actual gloves:
What a great piece of equipment. I haven't used it hunting yet, but I took them to work and stood outside in -5° C (23° fahrenheit) for 4 hours without moving much. I layered up as usual but my hands are usually the first to go cold if I'm not moving. My hands were warm the whole time. The feel and overall quality of the gloves is GREAT. The shell, outer palm and inner glove just ooze quality. The wrist bands are a great touch and they do come in handy. I can't speak for the durability but I think these will stand the test of time if treated properly. That's why I'm giving them five stars even though they run a whole size small.

I tried pulling the trigger on my shotgun (Franchi Affinity) using snap caps and it wasn't too bad. Pulling the trigger took a little more effort than normally but it worked out fine. Pushing the safety button and then sliding the finger in was very doable. I have relatively small fingers so your experience may vary. With gloves this thick, this minor inconvenience is totally acceptable in my eyes and I plan on using these for waterfowl hunting in freezing weather.

Great late season glove

I wore these during a November MT mule deer hunt. They were most utilized on the 45 minute quad ride, with temps in the teens and down to 0*, to and from the trail head. With my pointer finger moved over to the mitten side my hands stayed warm.
These gloves are a little bulky, but it is still easy enough to glass, with being able to pull binos in and out of their harness.
Would highly recommend these versatile gloves for the late season!

Warm Glove, Big Trigger Finger

I used these gloves this past weekend for hunting in northern MN. The temps were between 10-30 degrees depending on the day and time with 10 mph winds and the glove kept me warm. I say GLOVE not gloves because the trigger finger was fairly large and it is a challenge to get the trigger finger into the trigger guard. It's certainly doable but not something you want to think about with a deer in front of you. I ended up using a thinner glove I had with and hand warmers. I will continue to use the one glove and carry both. If you're in a ground blind, you can probably get away with wearing it and pulling them off quick and not worry about the movement. Only reason for the 4 star is the trigger finger since they advertise it as the trigger mitt. Still happy with my purchase!

Still Cut small

Bought the original Grizzly mitts, They were cut small. Bought the 2.0 and felt like they were still cut small. Probably going to order them AGAIN in a size larger, After that I give up. Great concept and quite warm but the size cuts off circulation which then get your hands cold again. Used them in -19 C(-2.2 F).

Great fit, all weather glove.

If you're hunting in any rain/snow sleet type conditions this is going to be a great glove for you. I thought the wrist leash was going to feel like a gimmick, they were awesome! Favourite feature of the Grizzly Trigger Mitt. I can't wait until Firstlite makes these into straight mitt ;)
