I freaking love these gloves. I pretty much wear them all the time unless there's a good reason not to, lol. I bought them for a spring turkey hunt, but now I rarely take them off. I haven't had the chance to see how much they help in terms of warmth, but I have high hopes. I can wear small or medium gloves. I went with small and they fit nice and snug. Should be able to layer these under a pair of Medium Shales or some other warmer glove. Great buy.
I purchased these for the 2019 early hunting season in Illinois and ended up using all season. They were a lot warmer than I expected . I would recommend them for bow hunters and gun hunters.
These are what I've always wanted. You have full dexterity of your fingers and are able to manipulate things as if not wearing gloves. I have multiple pairs for ice fishing, and hunting. I can say they probably last two seasons, but my dog chewed up one glove from deer season so i can't say for sure. It is now my ice fishing gloves and i got a pair of dry earth for Christmas.
I love these gloves. They were perfect for early season bow hunting and also work great as a base layer glove. I wore them under my heavier gloves while pheasant hunting which kept my trigger finger more free but the rest of my hand warm!
RE-Writing because I did not mean to give 5 stars and cannot delete my previous review..
I bought my first pair a first light fingerless gloves in 2015, I loved them SO much on the field that I kept them in my center consul in my car for my daily morning drives to work. Absolutely my favorite pair of gloves I’ve ever owned! Unfortunately my car was broken into and the gloves were stolen… First Lite changed the way that they make their new line of talus fingerless gloves, and they definitely do not last as long. I had to return the first pair I even ordered because my pinky would not even fit through the hole. Overall disappointed with the new fingerless gloves, Hoping they bring back their original line of them.
