I received this bag as a recent gift. I was hesitant to keep it as it looked like just another duffle bag... however, this bag has been great to travel with. I take a lot of 3/4 day trips and the Medium Dirtbag is the perfect size. It's a duffle, has a good amount or organization pockets and is durable. The real game changer for me is the backpack straps. Having the option to wear it like a backpack makes it much easier to grab something else when unloading a vehicle or avoiding the awkward sideways shuffle as you try and slip through a doorway with a bag hanging off your shoulder.
Excellent bag! Uses are absolutely endless. With this bad there is now no fear of what or where you sit your bag on during travel or at camp as it’s built for life. The only negative is that I didn’t swipe the other sizes before they sold out
I love it. I'd been using an old army duffle to get my hunting clothes from the house to the field and got tired of digging through a disorganized mess. Enter the Dirtbag.
Roomy enough to fit my late season layers, but it doesn't hog space in the truck. The storage pockets in the main compartment are great for keeping my hats, gloves, and release organized instead of buried in with layers I decide I don't need once I get to the woods. The mat for keeping your socks dry? Great addition and way easier than trying to hop. The pvc coating keeps the inside of the bag dry when we run out of room for gear in the cab, and also keeps my whitetail clothes scent-free. The carry straps are nice too and let me cut out extra trips to the truck and from the truck when I'm trying to juggle a bow, daypack, coffee and whatever other nonsense needs to be relocated.
Definitely worth the money.
Truly a great duffle bag. The outer shell is very nice and durable and the bags pocket placement is great, tons of room for all your goodies. Also the backpack straps are uber continent.
Some may say “This is just an over priced duffle” and they couldn’t be more wrong. This is really a great product.
I could not speak higher of this bag and don't see any negatives about it so far (4 months in). I use this bag for weekend trips with ample space leftover. I have used it for day hunting trips to throw extra clothes, food and other gear in. I stretched it a bit on a 5-day upland hunting trip packing all of my hunting and civilian clothing , toiletries and electronics in this bag but it all fit. If I was going for longer than 4-5 days I'd size up to the large. the extra pockets and compartments come in handy for organization. I have not gotten it wet yet to test the weather-proofness of this bag, but it sure seems like it would hold up well. I expect to be using this bag for many years to come, the durability and quality seem fabulous so far!
I bought the Medium for hunting trips that do not require backpacking around. I've taken it out a couple of times now and it has been the perfect size for several days of clothing & gear. It has deceivingly great organization opportunities and very solid construction. MOLLE attachment points on the outside have also allowed me to strap suppressors and extra pistol mag for easy access.
I have all 3 sizes and I am not sure which one I like the best? I'm on a 10 day client trip right now where I need gear for the woods each day during the Winter. The Med and Large bags are perfect! The storage and organization in these Dirtbags are superior to any other duffle I have ever owned...and the changing pad for snowy or wet ground beside the truck is a really cool added bonus! The small duffle has been a great size for a night or two getaway with my wife. I wanted to choose a favorite size...but can't!
