Men's Furnace Quarter Zip

EXP 350 Merino-X

$160.00

Color/Pattern
In Stock & Ready to Ship

Whether you pulled a late-season elk hunt or are down to the closing bell in the treestand, First Lite's Furnace Quarter Zip is the perfect tool to help you punch that tag in cold weather. Using our Merino-X 350g EXP weight fabric, the Furnace Quarter Zip provides lofted insulation and protection from the coldest temperatures. Featuring a high collar and quarter zip for protection from the elements, and flatlock seams throughout its newly articulated fit, the Furnace Quarter Zip is the ideal layering piece over our other lightweight, next-to-skin styles.

Our Furnace EXP 350 Merino-X fabric incorporates a brushed (or fleeced) backside to our high loft, interlock knits to provide super-charged insulation without added weight. Adding this to the silent, odor-free benefits of merino wool, the Furnace merino is the hands-down choice for cold weather hunts.

The Furnace EXP 350 Merino-X is also available in a Henley and a Long John.

Fits great

I like the weight of it. It is very light and fits well as a layer under heavier clothing. It also works well on its own. I haven’t really worn it much other than to check the fit.

Why did I wait this long

I've been hunting for around 10 years and always hated cold morning sits because I always froze. This past year I finally decided to get some new gear and bought all first lite and let me say the furnace base layers are amazing. I wish I had done this years ago

Mens furnace quarter zip

The fit is perfect. The merino wool works well in variable temperatures. This is great for scouting and treestand sits into late fall.

Furnace Base Layer

Super warm for its weight. Extremely comfortable. Worth the money!! Order a size up if you want to wear a base layer underneath.

Exactly what I was looking for - fit true to size.

The Furnace provides a ton of warmth without the bulk that some of my previous base layers had. My only regret is not buying it last fall! Fit was true to size - 6’ 4”, 205 and the Large fits perfectly!

Updating

Haven’t had a chance to use it for hunting yet. Purchased the Kiln Hoody and loved it so I went one further and got the Furnace quarter zip.
