Fantastic Bibs

I would have loved to have give these 5 stars. They are super warm(even on a 5 degree day here in eastern NY), the pockets are great, the fit is perfect. The only thing that i would have is a negative is that the waterproof seat is a little noisy. The material is similar to that of a rain suit. All said and done I would definitely recommend these bibs without hesitation. The muff pocket on the chest was a great addition for cold days. If you're looking to stay warm and stealthy this suit is for you.

Great bibs!

I bought these to pair with a Woodbury jacket (discontinued) for when the temps dip below 40 down to low 20s or so. I’m a fairly big guy at 6’1” 265 lb. In most pants, I wear 40/32s. Shirts are either 2X or 3X depending on the shirt. I had a hard time deciding whether to order the 2X or 3X bibs, ultimately choosing the 2X. The 2X bibs are a tad snug in the belly area (was to be expected) and fit almost perfect everywhere else. The inseam is spot on. I can comfortably layer a baselayer top & bottom, pants, and a Klamath under them. It would be nice if they were a little bigger in the belly area though.

I absolutely love the full length zippers on the legs, they are a homerun! I hunt a lot of soybean fields, as well as other wet/muddy areas, and the zippers keep me from getting mud inside the bibs with my boots when putting them on at the tree/stand.

I like the kangaroo pocket also and it has allowed me to wear the Talus gloves and ditch my standard muff thus far, but I won’t be able to use it with the Woodbury. I also like the large chest pocket for storing my cell phone and grunt tube.
Thus far I’ve had them down to about 30 degrees with the layers mentioned above minus the Woodbury and I was fine for a couple hours until the temps rose a little bit, but much longer/colder and I would have needed to add the coat. So I think this setup will be just about perfect for me.

They are also very quiet and about perfect from a bulk standpoint. Not so light that they don’t keep you warm and not so bulky that they are pain to pack and wear. I roll them up and strap them to my pack using its compression straps. Works great for me. I have another pair of heavy bibs that I hate due to the bulk. I look for a reason to wear these. In fact, I think I may experiment with walking to my stand in these and baselayer, with the zippers open.

Fit Comments: I think the mediums would have felt a little short in the inseam and the large allows for a bit more laying without feeling bulky

Awesome all session bibs

I had the sanctuary bibs in medium and really liked those.
This large fits me how the medium sanctuary bibs did.
They feel like great quality and really like the new outer fabric. It might be a slight, hair, louder then the sanctuary's. I think it is a justifiable trade off for the extra water resistance and the better over all style and features. They are ridiculously comfortable!
I have worn them only for 3 sits so far, in temps that range from -8C to -20C, and I was very comfortable the entire time.

Love the Solitude bib pant

I ordered these just before TN deer season started for my mid to late season set-up. I've worn them with just a light-weight base layer for chilly days and with the obsidians and a midweight base layer for colder days. They work great. The pockets are a little weird at first, but when you sit in a stand you realize why they are that way, ease of access while sitting. The fit is just right for a pair of pants and base layer underneath. Highly reccomend

Great Bibs

I bought these bibs to update my eastern whitetail repertoire (fancy word). These are outstanding. Quiet, warm, good mobility, and easy to get in and out of. The fit is not too loose where you feel like a blimp. The articulated knees are nice for climbing because you can raise your knee or leg without the clothing binding up. I’ve hunted in low 30s temps and was plenty warm. The quality is superb. I am typically disappointed by something when I buy new gear. I can honestly say these did not disappoint at all.
